The space

The Blue House in La Pine was newly constructed and features modern amenities with over 2,350 sq. ft. of living space. The open concept kitchen has amazing views from all angles of the meadow across the street. Four bedrooms, dedicated office space, viewing loft and large bonus room. The large primary suite is located on the lower level with en suite bathroom. The large laundry room has new appliances and a half bath with barn door. The open concept kitchen has amazing views from all angles. This home has 3 TV’s – 65″ TV in living room, 65″ TV in gaming room and 55″ inch TV in Master Bedroom. Enjoy the 6-7 person Jacuzzi hot tub with an outdoor patio and propane firepit.

Central Oregon is home to a wide range of fun activities at any given time of the year…the amazingly beautiful Cascade Mountains offer limitless recreation for fishing, hiking and skiing & snowboarding. Mount Bachelor is appx. 37 miles away for skiing or snowboarding. Bend is approximately 30 miles away, Sunriver appx. 14 miles, Paulina Peak appx. 27 miles. Try out the new Wetlands Taphouse with 4 food trucks, fire pits and amazing views of Mt. Bachelor only 3 miles away on Hwy. 97. Please note that there is no direct access to the forest from this home.
